Gather to sit around the fire place or wander the beautiful grounds - all in a companionable silence with a minimum of talking.
This is an invitation to move gently into a fuller experience of the present moment. What would you discover if you could move slowly and mindfully through a whole day without the distractions of talking or the requirements of your busy life? What neural pathways could you begin to lay down if you could practice consistently along side others also committed to strengthening their daily mindfulness practice?
This is a self-catering day in the tranquil surroundings of the Tauhara Centre for those who have had mindfulness training and/or have a regular daily meditation practice. It is an opportunity for those who are already growing their regular mindfulness practice to be supported and inspired to continue developing their techniques, to gently deepen and expand their present-moment experience and to ground themselves in the quietness of simple daily activities.
