Mindfulness Workshops

Two stand-alone Sessions designed primarily for those who have completed some mindfulness study
Spend 4 hours exploring some further real-life daily applications of the knowledge and skills you have already learned in the 6 week course. Try some longer sitting sessions and continue to grow your mindfulness practice with others.
What is Happiness? Mindfulness and Well-Being. 10am – 2.30 Saturday 15th June (completed)
Doing the Next Right Thing – Mindfulness of our deepest values and life goals. 10am – 2.30 Sunday 8th September
$25.00 for each Workshop at Thames Community Centre, 609 McKay St.
Bring your own lunch and share some relaxed time with a small friendly group as you continue to re-wire your brain toward greater well-being!
