Weekly  Format

The maximum class size is 10 and participants sit on chairs in a group semi-circle during presentation of material and discussion. This is combined with different weekly examples of simple movement exercises such as slow walking, stretching or lying on the ground where practicable.

Each week there will be periods of silent sitting and guided attention practices that gradually lengthen to 15 or 20 minutes.

Weekly handouts that summarise and extend the day's information build up into a comprehensive file, while a weekly email summaries the previous day's teachings and gives practice suggestions and support along with references, further reading, websites and video/audio links where useful.
FAQ

 A Skills Training Programme

This is a skills training course - participants are asked to seriously consider making a commitment to building up to at least 15 minutes per day to a regular practice. Each week a new guided practice is introduced that can be used at home. In order to receive the full benefit from this initial programme it is important that you be ready to look at establishing a home/workplace routine to master and build on each new skill.
The more time you can spend practising and consolidating the skills each day the greater impact they will have on your mental states and subsequent well-being.
