Expressions of Interest in Future Courses
The 2019 Term 3 8 week Introduction to Mindfulness courses that were scheduled for early August - a day course and an evening course - are now full. The next two courses will be run in the New Year for 8 weeks over Term 1 2020.
Please use the form below to express interest in new programmes - especially if you have some preferences for time or days - and new details will be posted as soon as these proposed classes are finalised.
A next series of one-day weekend workshops will be offered again over the winter months of 2019 as refresher and extension courses for those wishing to deepen and re-inspire their mindfulness practice throughout the year.
Regular week-day lunch-time practice and support meetings for those who have completed a course are held every second Wednesday, along with Mindful Silence Practice retreat days held at Taupō's Tauhara Centre.
Try An Experience of Mindfulness in your Busy Day with a Mindful Cuppa and Labyrinth Walk for Mental Health Awareness Week this year. It is on Wednesday 25 September in the Ora Garden at Taupo Museum, so please drop by and join us at any time from 10am to 3.30 pm for this free community activity. Email me below if you would like to help, be involved or know more. Or just come along and join in with other local mindfulness practitioners!
Details of all these programmes can be found on the CALENDAR/COURSES page.
Individual training sessions and one-on-one follow-up meetings are also available upon application.
I am keen to learn what types of courses and times of the day Taupō people are interested in attending.
If you or your organisation have any preferences or requests please contact me and I will take your suggestions into consideration when planning or we can talk about possibilities for meeting the individual needs of your group.
Thank you for your interest.
