Expressions of Interest in Future Courses
The 2020 Term 1 8 week Introduction to Mindfulness courses are scheduled for mid February - a day course and an evening course - and are registering now.
Please use the form below to express interest in new programmes - especially if you have some preferences for time or days - and new details will be posted as soon as these proposed classes are finalised.
A next series of one-day weekend workshops will be offered again over the winter months of 2020 as refresher and extension courses for those wishing to deepen and re-inspire their mindfulness practice throughout the year.
Regular week-day lunch-time practice and support meetings for those who have completed a course are held every second Wednesday, along with Mindful Silence Practice retreat days held at Taupō's Tauhara Centre.
MindfulPath organises and participates in local activities for Mental Health Awareness Week each year in the Spring. Last year it was on 25 September in the Ora Garden at Taupo Museum. Workplace courses tailored for the specific needs of your group or organisation and can be arranged on site after meeting to discuss possible options for timetable and content. Individual training sessions and one-on-one follow-up meetings are also available upon application.
