Why not assess your current level of mindfulness using the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire? Print it out and date it so you can check it again after you have strengthened and integrated your new skills into your daily life.
This is one of the most widely used assessment tools in international research into mindfulness and will also act to give you a break-down and an overview of the constellation of skills you have been introduced to over the course.
But remember - mindfulness is not a competition or a performance goal! We are not shooting for a top score - only to notice if our mindful awareness has expanded at all after this introductory course - and to acknowledge the simple daily gains of our on-going efforts. With non-judgemental and compassionate attention.
